Slice any bread of choice and spread a teaspoon of mayonnaise on each one.
Place the slices of bread mayo side down into a hot pan and let them crisp up. Once they are nice and sizzly you can remove them off the heat.
In a separate bowl, mix the avocado with some salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the avocado mash onto each slice of toast, drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
