If you're craving a snack that’s both delicious and nutritious, look no further than these Air Fryer Kale Chips. Just 10 minutes and you have the crispiest, lightest snack ever.
Cut the rib off the kale or use my hack in my video below by taking any tongs that have a loop at the end, put the loop through the rib and pull forward to remove the leaves.
Wash and dry the kale and tear into smaller pieces.
Coat in a touch of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
Place the kale in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 370F (190C) for 4-5 minutes. (See FAQs for oven instructions).
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
