Custard Yogurt Toast is a keeper! It really takes your morning toast to a whole new level! I love a fresh custard because it gives the toast some protein, extra flavor and makes it a more substantial breakfast. You can also customize the toppings to suit your taste.

In a bowl mix the egg, yogurt, and a touch of honey. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper place two pieces of toast and press down with your fingers, a fork, or a spoon to make a well in the centre.
Pour the custard mixture onto each piece of bread and add your favorite toppings.
Bake at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes or until the custard has set.
Timing will depend on your oven. Let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
