dash soy sauce

tbsp butter
splash pasta water

cup pasta
Instructions
0 Cook the pasta in a small pot of boiling salted water, according to package directions. 1 Drain the noodles making sure to reserve some of the starchy pasta water. Next, return the drained pasta to the pot. Add the butter, stir well. Add the parmigiano and a splash of the starchy pasta water. 2 Lastly, add a dash of soy sauce and stir again.
