4 Note: on my photo I layered a few more cookies in between but feel free to add as much or as little as you like. 1 Mash the banana well in a bowl or plate until smooth and creamy. 2 Add the yogurt, honey to taste, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until fully combined. 3 Assemble in a cup by layering in the following order: banana pudding, crushed cookie(s) or whole, banana pudding, sliced banana, and finish with a crushed cookie on top.View original recipe
