0 Prep all fruit: peel and dice kiwis, hull and dice strawberries, halve grapes, dice peaches and mangoes. Add all cut fruit and whole blueberries to a large bowl. 1 In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey until combined. Pour dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. 3 Add fresh mint leaves over the top and fold in gently. Sprinkle Tajin to taste, if using.
