6 Cut the watermelon (or honeydew) in half and scoop out the seeds or a small hole in the center. Wrap the top in plastic wrap and place in the freezer until just frozen. If it's too hard, just let it set out until it's soft enough to scrape. 3 Pour cold heavy cream (or coconut cream) a little at a time directly into the scooped out area. 4 Scrape with a spoon in long strokes, letting the cream mix into ribbons as you go. 5 Serve immediately, right out of the rind.View original recipe
