What you need

cup vanilla yogurt

cup unsweetened coconut

tbsp corn starch

slivered almonds
Instructions
0 Add all ingredients (minus the almonds) to a bowl. Mix well. 1 Pour into a lined loaf pan. I lined mine with parchment paper. Optionally, add sliced almonds on top. 2 Bake in a preheated 350F for 20-25 minutes or until set. Keep an eye on it.
