tbsp unsweetened cocoa

protein powder

medjool dates

mini chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Add the banana, milk, hemp seeds, cacao, protein powder (if using), and date to a blender. Blend until nice and smooth, about 1 minute. You can refrigerate it or add ice to your glass. Enjoy and garnish with mini chocolate chips, if you like.View original recipe
