red plums

peach
lime

honey

lemon thyme

Instructions
0 Spread the cottage cheese onto a plate and set aside. 1 Pass the fruit through the veggie chopper or dice it finely. 2 Squeeze a little bit of lime juice on top of the fruit and add a drizzle of hot honey. 3 Serve on top of the cottage cheese and add an additional drizzle of hot honey on top.
