My latest hack will have you re-thinking how to cook bacon AND save your time (plus sanity) when it's time to clean up. So grab your big pot (That's right! NOT a frying pan) and let's make perfectly crispy bacon!
0 Add the bacon to a stainless steel pot. Turn the heat on medium-high and cook until crispy.
1 Note: feel free to use any pot you have on hand but stainless steel will usually make it extra crispy. Mine took about 7 minutes, the cooking time will depend on the cut of bacon and how thick it is so keep an eye on it.
2 Remove from the pot and set on paper towel if you want to drain some of the excess fat. Enjoy!
