What you need

tsp peanut butter

tsp honey

cup water

protein powder

tbsp chia seed
Instructions
1 In a bowl, add the chia, water, 1/2 cup of the yogurt, and the protein powder (if using). Wait 15 min and then mix well again. 2 Refrigerate the pudding until it’s thick and the chia has absorbed the liquid, a minimum of 2 hours and up to overnight. 3 Once set, add the remaining 1/4 cup yogurt on top, a drizzle of peanut butter, and honey.
