What you need

slice sourdough bread

lemon zest

tbsp olive oil

cup feta

cup cream cheese
pinch salt
tbsp mayonnaise

cup cottage cheese

Instructions
1 In a food processor, blend the feta, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and lime or lemon zest until smooth and fluffy. 2 Spread a thin layer of mayo on both slices of sourdough. Toast in the air fryer at 425°F until golden and crispy. (Alternatively, toast without mayo, or pan-fry with mayo-side down.) 3 Spread a generous layer of whipped feta onto the hot toast. 4 Top with thinly sliced heirloom tomato, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil. 5 Finish with fresh basil (optional) and serve immediately.View original recipe
