Turkey Burgers

If you think turkey burgers are dry and bland, it's time to try this juicy burger recipe. Here, I’ve added creamy feta and refreshing dill directly into the patties, giving it wonderful Greek flavors and plenty of moisture.

Instructions
0 Add the ground meat to a large bowl. Add in the egg, salt to taste, the oregano, black pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, and dill. Mix well with clean hands. Add in the feta and mix again. 1 Cover the meat mixture and let it set in the fridge. This step is needed so the meat can firm up. I leave it in the fridge for about 1 hour but you can also do this overnight. 2 When the meat has set, remove it from the fridge and divide it into 4 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a disc, making sure it's even all through out. 3 Gently press down the middle of each patty (this helps them cook evenly). 4 Preheat the barbecue to 450F (making sure to oil the grill) and cook the patties for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 165F. I like to open and close the lid to check on them every 2 minutes. 5 Note: You can make them in the air fryer or on the stovetop, in a pan, as well. 6 When the burgers are done, enjoy them as-is with sides such as steamed rice, raw, grilled, or roasted veggies, salads, dips, etc. or in between a burger bun with your favorite toppings. 7 I added tzatziki to my bun with pickled onions and lettuce but feel free to use anything you like. Enjoy!View original recipe
