What you need

tbsp olive oil
tsp salt
tsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
0 Cut the rib off the kale or use my hack in my video below by taking any tongs that have a loop at the end, put the loop through the rib and pull forward to remove the leaves. 1 Wash and dry the kale and tear into smaller pieces. 2 Coat in a touch of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. 4 Place the kale in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 370F (190C) for 4-5 minutes.
