
Cheddar Egg Bake

My delicious cheddar egg bake is the perfect high-protein meal or snack for any time of day. This is my take on a frittata!

What you need
cup ricotta

salt

cup cheddar cheese

onion

tbsp flour

tsp baking powder
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). 1 In a large bowl, crack the eggs. Add the ricotta cheese, pinch of salt, cheddar cheese and onion. Mix well. 2 Add the flour, and baking powder, and mix well. 3 Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the egg mixture. 4 Spread the mixture out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon and bake for 20-30 minutes or until set (the eggs should not jiggle). A skewer/fork/toothpick should come out clean once inserted. 5 Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!View original recipe
