tbsp honey

cup unsweetened soy milk

cinnamon

tbsp chopped pecans

0 Preheat oven to 375°F (190C). In a blender add all of the ingredients minus the walnuts. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Chop up 4-5 walnuts. 1 To a ramekin or a small baking dish add the chopped walnuts. 2 Pour in the batter and put it in the oven. 3 Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
