What you need

wonton wrappers

tsp sesame oil

tsp garlic

tsp ginger
tsp cornstarch

tsp pepper

tbsp green onion

oz raw shrimp

tsp soy sauce
Instructions
1 In a large bowl, add the chopped shrimp with the rest of the ingredients. 6 Mix until everything is well incorporated. 2 In a mug or ramekin, add a layer of the shrimp mixture followed by a wonton wrapper, then 30 ml of water, then wonton wrapper to finish off. 7 The top wonton wrapper should be pressed down and submerged in the water too. 8 Mine are layered in this order: shrimp, wrapper, shrimp, water, wrapper. I repeat this step for all of my ramekins. 4 Then, steam on the stove for 5-6 minutes on low heat. 5 Add spicy chili oil and green onions and enjoy.View original recipe
