If you're a fan of the classic Italian dessert tiramisu, get ready to fall in love with a breakfast twist on this beloved treat. This Tiramisù Oatmeal is warm and comforting with the rich flavors of coffee and cocoa, and layered with creamy mascarpone and yogurt blend.

What you need

cup espresso

pinch salt

cup rolled oats

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp mascarpone

cup vanilla yogurt

tsp honey

tbsp nutella

unsweetened cocoa

chocolate shavings
Instructions
0 In a pot on the stove add the water, pinch of salt, and brewed coffee or espresso. Let it come to a boil and reduce the heat to medium low. Add the rolled oats and stir until it thickens. 1 Take it off the heat and stir in a touch of pure vanilla extract. 2 In a separate bowl mix the mascarpone, vanilla yogurt, and optionally a touch of sweetener. How sweet you like this will be totally up to you. 3 Pour the oatmeal in a bowl and add a little bit of my homemade Nutella or any chocolate spread on top. 4 Top it off with the mascarpone yogurt cream and finish this breakfast off by dusting some unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder.
