0 Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). 2 Take 12 pickled jalapeño slices and pat them dry really well. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add a thin layer of cheese onto one side (forming a rectangle with the cheese) and another layer on the other side. 3 Place 6 pickled jalapeño slices onto the first cheese rectangle, packing them in as snugly as possible. Repeat with the second. Top each with a light sprinkle of cheese, then bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown. 5 Keep an eye on them as every oven is different. Remove from the heat, let it cool for 5-10 minutes so the cheese can harden and the slices can easily peel off. 6 Now, assemble with your favourite sandwich toppings.
